We’re not catching up as quickly as we need to.
This is NOT anyone’s fault, but, right now, mail is delayed by days, and not hours, and this is not good for anyone.
So, we need to take drastic measure here to 1st get caught up with the MTA reading in email.
This is what we HAVE to do right now to get things moving back to normal as quickly as possible…
As sent campaigns are now taking days, instead of hours to be delivered, we are going to suspend all new campaigns. So, NO campaigns will even start right now.
This is an INTERIM measure to force the MTA to catchup as quickly as possible.
The SECOND we are caught up, we will start all scheduled campaigns, but, instead of a new campaign starting every minute, we’ll initially stretch out the start times by 5 minutes to ensure we don’t overload the system.
As soon as all backlogged campaigns are sent, we will then bring the normal schedule back of every minute.
I apologize sincerely for the pain this is causing you, and I assure you that we are not only doing everything in our power to fix the current situation, but, we are doing everything in our power to ensure this NEVER happens again!
