    Hi,
Am I the first one to post a comment ?
…All the best for you and your site !

Question : will you do something for European web marketers ?
Will you allow us to post a confirmation message in French or Italian or German or Spanish ?
    Will the “é”, “è”, “à”, “ê” correctly appears in the messages ?
Will you use UTF-8 encoding ?
I’m French, and believe me, we French web marketers have problems with Aweber in those situations. And currently it’s worse with GetResponse (It shouldn’t…)

      Hi Costera,

We will be supporting foreign languages and characters in the future. No ETA yet though.

      Kind Regards,

Thanks Richelo. Just signed up for the service today.

I’ve been unhappy with my current providers which I’ve been with for a very long time. I look forward to this new service. This is much more flexible than any other service I’ve used in the past.

Does your service allow requests from a ‘blank email’? I have Special Mailings that my former AR service would let my reports go out to those I email to with an active link to my report at the bottom of my correspondence, to request a Special Mailing with a blank email request. Then they took that function away from me, and I am not knowing why! It disturbs me that I can’t do my marketing now without that function! What does your service say about this question? (I certainly would use the double opt in with my program) Thanks.

      Hi Kathlene,

Do you mean the “From” address is left blank?

If so, then no, we do not allow that. I doubt any service who watches their deliverability rate would allow this.

Maybe I just misunderstood your question?

      Kind Regards,

      Richelo Killian

    Hi,
    Looking good.
    Just one question for now:
Will you be releasing a white label version, AKA Campaign Monitor?
    Thanks and good luck.

      Hi Vincent,

We’re not planning a white label anytime soon. It’s not off the cards, it’s just not anytime soon. ;-)

      Kind Regards,

      Richelo Killian

Hi Richelo… This looks very good! I think I visited all your pages here, but couldn’t find this exact info…

How many lists can be built in your program? I am finally switching over from a list software, and I have about 20 lists, and will need to add to that number, coming up.

If I missed that info, please direct me to the correct page :-)

Thank you for jumping in to the AR situation. I, too, have had not-positive happenings with one of the top guns. I like my list software; however, that fellow is getting out of the AR business, and also, he hosts my list and that one domain. Soooo…. I’ve been looking!

    Warmly
    Leanne

      Hi Leanne,

Yes, we’re adding to our pages to CLEARLY define ALL the benefits we offer.

We allow unlimited lists. You are only limited by number of subscribers, and you can upgrade to bigger plans as your lists grows.

      Kind Regards,

      Richelo Killian

    Hi Richelo.

I use DLGuard and Getresponse to add my purchasers to the list. Is it possible to do the same with your service and can you import my lists from Getresponse?

Is it possible to send a broadcast a 2nd time only to the clients who not clicked the 1st message?

    Kind Regards
    Reimund

    • Richelo08-20-09

      Hi Reimund,

Yes, we can import your GetResponse subscribers.

We are working with Sam from DLGuard to get it fully integrated with Imnica Mail. It will be another month or so for full integration.

Right now, you can’t send a broadcast based on clicks, BUT, you CAN send an autoresponder message based on a link clicked!

      Kind Regards,

      Richelo
